Shark Attack – Monday Motivation

This past weekend (July 2015), a surfer was attacked by a shark off the coast in South Africa. This was unlike most shark attack, the surfer walked alway with only emotional injuries. The surfer fought his way from the shark, using all this power, endurance and strength as an athlete. And he’s lived to tell the story. Use this as your Monday Motivation, if for no other reason you need to exercise, it is to fend off predators who may want to take you down and destroy you. These predators could be sharks, bears, cougars, or other dangerous animals, or they could be people who are trying to beat you and destroy you. Fitness training gives you strength, endurance and power (both physical and emotional) to defend yourself and take down your predators.
